Oh my goodness--best story I've read in a long time! What a great way to rework canon, what an amazing job refitting the characters into the Algonquin myths and theme. And what lovely tasty research! Every thing about this story makes my heart sing! The writing, the research, the way all the characters stay in character, the way Lex changed form the free loving person he was in America to the person he became in England--and then made free again by Clark--and Clark's rebirth--nice comic canon there.

Brilliant work, thank you so very much for sharing it!

WOW.... just WOW! That was definitely a worthy epic for the cover. The entire story was just so full of details and enchanting. Even with the name changes, it was easy to tell who was who. Loved how so many of the characters made their way in the story. I'm just amazed. :)

Thanks! I fell in love with K'El and Itahu and hated leaving them, but I had to finish somewhere. I think I left enough room in there for a sequel, there were 300 or so years that need to be accounted for, after all. Will consider if enough people say 'Do it'. *grin*

Wow this is a really amazing story that I was completely lost in. I was really kind of sad when it ended.
