"Diamonds in the rough"

Finally my unpacking has finished! Found a few gem items amongst a whole pile of stuff that has been stored away for over a year. Prize finds included an iPod Nano unopened from its packaging, a nice new wallet, a tie and cufflinks. Someone's going to look sharp heading into the office tomorrow

Good Morning Harleywolf:

Pork is great in many things. I have a particular fondness for carnitas. This is minced up pork served with green sauce, and sour cream with rice and beans on the side. It is a very popular Mexican dish here stateside.

The dessert you had sounds quite tasty as well.

Sounds like a great dining experience all around. :)
