the littliest things....
Saturday 13th March.....one of those days. The sun wasnt shining (even tho id hoped it would) and the day was spent laying on the sofa with C Bear watching sports....however, it was an awesome, inside nice feeling filled time! drawing a line
So i have mentally drawn a line under my anxiety disorder and feel like I have moved on. So thus felt it was important to draw a line here. Goal two of the week: Clear out car
COMPLETE!!!! I even hoovered and everything.
It's been a good week.
Something for me to remember: My boyfriend loves me very much, sometimes i expect too much from him in terms of reassurance. Last nite, falling asleep in his arms was all i needed.
