Two nights ago, I drove to Orlando for what will likely be the last performance I get to see from the original wizard rock band Harry and the Potters.  Say what you will about the concept, but I love every minute of it. Especially that we all rocked out in the library.

Popped over to the Enzian on Friday to see Tree of Life, in all its "glory." Surprisingly, ended up hating it. Called up my podcast cohost to see if she wanted to record while I was in town, but she had other plans. Not a lot's been going on these past two plus months. Went to another convention of sorts, met some famous people and all that. Things with my ex have been as well as can be expected; there are good and bad days, just like there were when we were together. Hey everyone!

Saturday night I went to the Melting Pot with the most gorgeous lady I've ever seen. Sunday she gave me a copy of the key to her apartment. Monday I got a homemade card, cupcakes, and spent the night for the first time.

Life is fucking good.
