I've been doing a lot of cooking/baking lately. ( This is me thinking aloud when it comes to recipes and my inflicting of them upon an unsuspecting populace. )

Ohh, these look good! And tempting! Are those chocolate chip truffles hard to make?

They're even easier to make than regular cookies, because you don't have to worry about baking them! :)

Hahaha, wait until I post the recipe about the chocolate peanut butter cookies! OMG NOM they are my new OTP. Peanut butter on peanut butter action!

Mwahaha! And I only got about halfway through posting them! There are more to come... (The best part is that most of this stuff is budget-friendly. The worst is that then I like these things, and I know that if I want them, I have to make them. Pfff, putting effort into stuff! :P)

Black Magic Cake is my secret recipe when I need to bring something to a picnic or family potluck and it's too hot to bring cheesecake. I love love love the dimension the coffee brings too. I've substituted espresso with delicious results as well.

It's completely a win! And so easy to make. If my family didn't already have three people(!) who insist on bringing desserts to everything, I'd probably try to bring this... I may try anyway, hahaha. The coffee awesomes it up so well! And I love the fact that it's not crazy sweet. :) :)

Hmm, methinks I need more food icons...
