Okay, so after that minor drawback I picked myself up, dusted myself off and kept going. Keeping it positive, I talked to my contact at Crafty Games and we came up with a press release that will be published on both our websites as soon as their Publisher signs the contract and sends it back to me, which will hopefully be next week ( Read more... )

First, good for you in chugging on!

Secondly:
Don't get personally involved with management in any way other than a friendly, professional relationship within the fair itself. Don't buy into the "Faire Family" crap and have unrealistic expectations about loyalty. Like most theatre people, they are your friends until they aren't anymore.M
Timeless wisdom I need it embroidered on a pillow ;-) It's unfortunate that most of us learn it via the explosion with a confused look on our faces.

And yay, because it is so important to have a great relationship with the performers in you 'merry band' regardless of art types :)

This is really good news :)

I'm very much committed to SL with you and want you to know that you can delegate things to me...not just music but other stuff, administrative tasks, etc...just anything you need a helping hand or second eye for. I'm ready to get to work immediately. :)

Thank you honey, I know how committed you are and words can't express my gratitude! I will be sending you an email with some admin. tasks that I'd love your help with early next week. Meantime, I just want you to focus on those Fantasy Craft soundscapes I gave you, and on getting me the final versions of the last 2 you did. ::BIIIIG HUGS::
