K started diet halfway through the day, had to finish my leftover spinaci. SO YUMMY.

26% body fat, 122 lbs, tricep 28, soething 16 and thigh 35.

OH man. I just thought of something. What if billy idol and gwen stefani had a baby!!! The human race would end, and there would be a new beginning for super human life.
