Is a Spinach Beet the same as Swiss Chard? I swear my Mum used to force-feed us that. :D

I believe it is, I'm sorry to say!

I never ate leafy greens as a kid (salads were strictly iceberg) but the older I get, the more I crave it!

Hey, what do you do for growing seeds with kitties about? I've never been able to have houseplants w/o them getting dug up.
