I would seriosly distrust this source since:

A. They don't even know how a bill becomes a law in the United States. The President doesn't sign it and then go to the Congress it is the other way around.

B. They are off the wall wrong on the issue in the fist place.

The Senate vote was 95-0 on the resolution not sign Kyoto and it was sponosored by one Senator Byrd (D). And the kicker is that it was introduced 6/12/1997.

My bad, I didn't check any sources. Still, we suck for not being able to join the protocol anyways, which was my main point. And the fist place is the anus. ;)

i used to worry about the environment but then i realized when the earth is done with us it will kill us all off. the worst thing we'll be doing is helping the earth by killing ourselves off instead of waiting for her to do it.
