You need a hug. I don't care if you are a teenage boy (and I know about teenage boys, my little brother is one), but you need a good hug.
And more than that, you need to talk to people about this. You've got dozens of people in your world who care about you. You're like me, I think, and prefer to hide when you feel down. So I tell you what my parents told me: STOP IT! I promise you that if you just talk to people, you'll feel better.
You've got tough things ahead of you. Rowling's said as much, and anybody who's read the books knows this. But boy, you are equal to the test. And you do not have to face this alone. So don't.
Whoa, whoa, whoa. Somewhere along the way I missed your coming back, Harry! *hugs* I missed you!
Anyway, now to your entry. In a way, I understand how you feel, where you know you can't do anything but what you're doing, and you know you should do more...
Actually, I kind of feel like that now. It's terrible. Everything's moving, forcing you to do way more than one person should be forced to do...and all you can do is be carried along with it and hope that it works out in the end. Obviously, it's a completely different situation, but the feeling's mutual, on a small level.
If there was any way I could help you carry it, love, you know I would. Or I'd hope you know it. Because I would.
And you know, every time you pick yourself up you get that little bit stronger, that much more able to carry such a load. And in the end, you'll make everyone proud, Harry.
Also, what you are is a strong young man who's having a bout of self-doubt. It gets better. The only way to go is up, right?
Oh! You poor boy! ::hugs:: You're strong, Harry! No matter how much life gets you down and knocks you on your ass, you have to get up and keep fighting - because in the end it's always worth it. And if it would help things at all, you can come live in my bedroom closet - it's actually quite big.
