Yup, I'm still alive. Still working at the University of Illinois fixing lab equipment for a living.

Biggest news from me is that, last fall, I bought a place in the country just outside Tuscola, IL. 5 acres with a house, pole barn, semi tractor sized garage, a small lake and a concrete silo.

The birthday was uneventful. I didn't do anything special for it this time.

But routine is often a very satisfying thing for a work day. It's those "interesting" ones that I try to avoid. ;)
