Anyone on diet?

I'm currently on my diet program right now, and it's quite successful (or at least to me it is xD). I lost 2 kgs weight in 7 days. I do lots of sports (walking in the morning, aerobic in the evening), eat less rice (but I eat lost of fruits), and I have to say that I'm quite pleased with the result. i was never on diet but lost 20 kg for the past 2 years after giving birth. I wouldn't call it a diet but my husband told me that if I always eat on time (breakfast no later than 7 am, lunch no later than 11:30 and dinner no later than 6 pm) and sleep on time, then the rest of your metabolism would do the job. And of course, exercises and refrain from too much rice as much as you can.

I think I'll try your method. I usually don't eat at breakfast (I eat cereals) but I eat it around 9 am xD Sleeping on time is quite hard for me to do due to my task at college. But thanks for the advice! :D

First of all Ganbatte with your dite!
I've one advice for you. drink water a lot! Cause water can decrease your appetite. (^^*)
And water also help you to significantly reduce calories. (^_^ )

I just remeber another advice from a doctor. He said eating slowly will helps you to eat just what your body needs and you'll feel like your stomach is full even if you don't finish your dish!!
And I remember clearly that he said you must chew your food for 30 sec before you swallow it. (o.O)
When i counting that. I just take 10 sec to chew the food. hehe I was so fast.(^^;) but now I'm eating so slowly.(^^*)
When you do it. tell me please how much you take!! :)
And about supporting... Don't worry I'll be here for you. :) Just remember when you want to eat something unhealthy imagine your ichi ban of Arashi said to you " DON'T DO IT!" maybe that will help. I don't know, i didn't try it yet. xD since I'm not being on dite for couple years.
And there's a wonderful way to burn calories with having so much fun at the same time. it's dancing. (^^*)

im on a diet too Lol

hmmm.. i was 100+ in 2005 and i've lost 20 kg.. all i did was eat less..

after that tho i gained back like 10kg in 2007?

tho i lost 10 kg again in one month.. for that i went on a not so healthy diet.. i ateonly once a day with very little rice and half a fruit. and i went brisk walking for an hour everyday ...

now im back on my diet again tho not as extreme as the previous one.. ^^
and my target too is still so far away >__<

All i can say is don skip ur meals!!
even tho im like in no position to say that at all....
but from all the advices i heard, that's the main key to successful weight loss ^^

anyway, i wish u best of luck on ur diet!! XD

Wow. You lost 20 kgs before? That's awesome. I've lost 10 kgs, but then I got too carried on until I gained another 15 kgs xD But eating once a day is definitely not good. People tell me to eat on time rather than not eating at all.~

I wish you the best on your diet too! I hope we can both success on this hehe

i aimed to lose at least 10 kg during next yr @___@
wats ur ideal weight if its not too much to ask?

Don't get used to it please T.t It's really not good.

I aimed to lost 30 kgs until June next year, so I have to make it come true huhu.
My ideal would be around 60, since my height is 163 cms~ :)
*and I'm around 96 right now, so i'm still far from my ideal weight T__T*

Thanks for all the advice! I definitely love running so I think I will do that :) I don't have that much time so I usually sleep early then wake up early too to walk hehe.

I haven't eaten pizza since Tuesday! But the last time I ate it was like a couple months ago now aside from this week's~ and that was only a slice! lol i can't help myself for sitting in fron of the laptop all day~ After all I have so many projects to finish! YOU gave me another one lol
Which I have yet to start T.T
