well that's the trick... i never said why, i just randomly said that they hurt. haha.

it's because i'm supposed to be wearing my retainer at least every other night... but i've worn it maybe twice in the past two years and i decided to suck it up and do it the right way. they don't hurt anymore and i was able to eat today so that's cool.

I remember when i goy ret my retainer for the 2nd time. At that point i was in braces or a retainer for close to 7 years. My mom and i discussed how the orthodontist sux one day, and out came the retainer, and me without a thrid follow up visit. good times
