I'm a horrible fan, I forgot to get the new track on the 7th, however I did pick it up last night.

I like the fact that it is a parody of the current number 1 song on the hip-hop charts is really awsome. I think this ad-hoc distribution will work for Weird Al, at least for his parodys.

Remodeling is such a pain. You get one thing looking good, and it makes you realize another thing looks really bad now.

So this weekend it was the bathrooms turn for a little flooring attention.

As mushmouse74 has posted, her and C went over to Davis farmland and had a grand time and I set out to work on the upstairs bathroom, and since I was putting new flooring down, I started by removing the toilet. That turned out to be an experience in itself, as it wasn't together ( Read more... )

It's been a busy week with my father here providing inspiration, motivation, and some labor.

We have:

• New floor down in the kitchen and dining room
• Carpet torn up up in the living room
• New outlets and switched in all the rooms that have been painted
• Flooring purchased for Living Room

Major Projects in Progress:

• Finish Painting Kitchen Cabinets

There are good things and bad things to telecommuting.

Good:

• Getting more done before 8am than you usually do before lunch
• Dress code is relaxed
• Schedule is relaxed

Bad:

• No gigabit connection to the servers
• Schedule is relaxed
