Jay and I had a fabulous time on our trip to Canadia. We saw a gay couple holding hands while walking down the street. Shortly after "the gays" past us we saw a couple tripping over eachother trying to catch a glimpse of the homos. I have been in training for 6 months 8 days and today is my last day.  When I go to work tomorrow I will not see the people I have gotten used to seeing these past six months,  I will see my actual co-workers.  I will also be in a new building and I basically feel like I am starting a brand new job.  I wasn't really nervous until I went over this ( Read more... )

I went to church with my mom today. She asked me to go, and I hate telling her no. During the mass there is a point where the priest walked around the congregation and splashed holy water onto people cleansing them of their sins. Today work was very frustrating.  There are anywhere between 50-75 trainees in the training lab right now.  Everyone is taking phone calls, and some are very new at taking phone calls, so they are asking many questions.  Today between 10-12 all of the supervisors and mentors had a meeting, leaving all the trainees, myself included, hanging.  I have ( Read more... )
