I bought my own copy at Modan's branch in Kikar Hamedina. They have a very impressive assortment of semi-academic journals there. Dynon might be another option.
I suppose that some Steimatzky branches have copies. But they are evil and we shouldn't support them.

הגיליון הראשון אזל בהוצאה.
ייתכן שנשארו עותקים ממנו בחנויות הספרים. אני עורכת בירורים בעניין.
