I had Reiki this afternoon and it was lovely but it did remind me of how much I need it in my life because without it I close up and feel like everything else in my life is a massive struggle.

Just need to take baby steps in getting my head back on track. For lent I am going to give up chocolate and eat healthy. I will safe heal everyday.

Everything seems very disjointed recently. Work is a very odd environment and am having to just get on with it.

This week has really put me through my paces. The pissed off client is now a much happier client and I feel slightly better about everything.

I also had a thank you card from my lovely Scottish client, which was really nice of her and I am so happy that she would like to work with me again. Thus is great news and I hope I get the chance to.

Editor phones series producer to tell her we are missing rushes on from the 20th. I et shouted and screamed at by the production manager who assures me that she is gave us the rushes over the weekend.
