today in yoga class.....yes, while some are still sleeping....I'm up doing the yoga....at the yoga jones in the VTA. its at 7 AM if anyone wants to join (tues&thurs and just 8bucks for students!) we did a lot of good stretching that I needed....and then one of the girls asked if we could go to the ropes.
