Yay Beer
Got some new beer equipment today. Gotta love the local Home brewer's store that has custom equipment made by the owner. Needles to say, we made beer. Life is good. Will be even better in about 4 weeks when we can drink it. -

Free at last
As of 6:15pm today, Conrad no longer works for the evil beast otherwise known as Bank of America. There will be much celebrating and rejoicing this weekend. Come Monday he gets to go to work for a company that actually cares about it's employee's. This is an exciting day indeed!!! -
OMG!!! My husband finally got a new job!!
So in two weeks Conrad and I will officially be Bank of America free. It really is the best feeling in the world to know that neither one of us will have to work for a place that has treated us both like crap for a collective 8 1/2 years. I didn't realize it would feel this good to be free of it, but am really glad that it does. Yay for moving ( Read more... ) -

Worst Night ever
So after a long hard day at work, we come home expecting the house to be in shambles (we are dog sitting conrad's moms dog)only to find that she dug her way under the fence and has been gone for God know's how long. So it seems we have come to the end of an era. Lou is leaving stones. Don't get me wrong, I knew it couldn't last forever, but it just makes me sad knowing that the one bar in town that i really love is going to be so different. : (
