As many of you know, I work at a tech support job for now. The typical person calls them selves a webmaster or server administrator(sp). They call in screaming this is not a scripting problem. I calmly sit there at reply with, if you look at this statement here the path is wrong or tell them whats wrong. depending on if they are a$$ clown or not I
