woah let me work through this real quick.
calories burned today: 416
(9 am)calories eaten- 140 (nutrigrain bar)
(4 pm)snack for the day: 120 cals + 20 + 10 = 150
(7 pm)dinner: ummm 200 * 2 = 400

that's 174 calories for the day. i gained SO much weight at camp and it needs to come off ( Read more... )

working out is a yesss. i don't understand how people can just restrict & not exercise, especially on the bad days of extra calories. plus, it releases endorphines and all that to make you cheery. :) but enough medical stuff.

i hate going to camp because it's like the food is always super-fattening no matter what. and you can't stop eating either. ughh. but!! you are awesome. and you will get rid of it all & then some. mmhmm. i have no doubt. ♥

hehe i have one more lb to lose since i got back. i gained like 4 while i was there. woo i'm so proud of myself. i haven't worked out today but i will tomorrow. how often do you think i should work out a week?
