breakfast- nothing
lunch- half an oatmeal cookie 100
dinner- a few bites of a turkey sandwich and a lemonade. 300
total- 400 calories. give or take.
exercize- about a three hours of shopping, does that count? 150 crunches and 20 push ups. i'm so weak.
