This post is filled with good news, and that makes me happy. Wish you guys were coming up here for Terry's wedding, though. How's the workout regimen going?
Lifting has slowed up a bit...I'm only making it twice a week or so, but that's because I'm playing basketball more (which is a good hour to hour and a half of cardio twice a week). It's a lot easier to sneak in exercise in the guise of a game than just doing it for its own sake.
I didn't really intend to write a super-positive post, but in retrospect it really did turn out that way. I'm not trying to rub it in your face that I don't have a chunk missing from my finger :)
