I have had another Americorps epiphany this weekend. i was in NYC with my mom and my brother (they came to visit - yea!) when I found out that one of my CMs had decided to leave the program. now - i had known before this that it was a possibility, but the definete definete answer came on monday. It has nothing to do with anything in the program,

That's too bad, but some people are just not meant to be in the program at this time...It's better that they find out where they need to be.

Emily your alot different than our TL was, your a better and more real person, I can't imagine you making half the fuck-ups he did, This suonds like it truly wasn't your fault so don't take it that way remember I lived with you for 11 months, your going to do a great job!

thanks for the support. it has been interesting and really this whole TL experience has given me a lot of insight into the reasons J may have done the things he did. its a lot harder than i thought, but on the flip side, a lot more rewarding as well. I know she didn't leave because of me or the team, but I question how i could've handled things differently - that's all. thanks for the continuous support - i love hearing your insight....
