Blast from the Naked past
I just got an email from the Toledo Zoo today regarding their concert series this summer and Bare Naked Ladies will be there May 14. I had to laugh out loud then forward the email on to my husband. Nachos
I have been following a nutrition and fitness program now for 4 weeks and have lost 11 pounds and 3.5% body fat so far. =) I have found that it has been a rather simple program to follow with the biggest adjustment being that I am supposed to exercise 6 days a week. So far, I have only been able to workout 5, but that is 5 more days than I was ( Read more... )
