Lol, 'cut a bitch?' The reference to cutting had me rolling, especially after our conversation yesterday. It's nice to see Miranda is feeling more like herself, even if it is because of a massive dose of pain meds. I loved the banter between them and it just makes me go 'awww' when M has a random warm and fuzzy moment, all the more precious because of who she is. Love it, of course.

And love you, of course. Thanks, honey, for reading.

Can we now drug Marigold? What would she say under the influence?

Wait a second (shaking my head) Please. She'd probably be the same damned cat she is now, except with even more attitude.

Knuckle bump in thought!

Awesome: "Like all good reporters, you literally have no couth. I was counting on that. You just asked! I’m so proud of you.”

Hilarious: "I’ve had to fine-tune my heterosexual detector. We’re talking to the precision of an electron microscope.”

I'm so glad you liked it. Thank you for reading. I think someone should call reporters on their couth now and again, don't you?

a perfect illustration of why Andyand Miranda work. They understand and accept each other - even the things they don't like. And they know just how important they are to each other. great chapter.

Thank you.

I think they're oddly matched. Sometimes that happens. That's my point and I'm so glad that's working for you.

“I know nearly every color in the world by name but I don’t have a color for you. There really is no color for you.”

This just made me melt. It's such a Miranda thing to say. And so apt.
