Well that was an incredibly lonely experience. I keep going hoping to get back in touch with my friends and get only bright surprised smiles that I showed up. I should probably get used to my toddler being the only person I have a conversation with at these things until she doesn’t need supervision. I’m left feeling like I need to get a babysitter

I loved seeing you at Endgame. Don't let Tesla's social awkwardness fool you, I really enjoy hanging out with you there, and still would enjoy some non-Endgame hangout time, whne I'm in the area.

I usually try to follow around a toddler with a parent when we're holding a conversation, but I suspect I wasn't your target audience today. :)

I would have loved to talk, but yes, she is fast. I had a hard time even starting a conversation.

How old is she now? And ours barely seems to let us out of the house these days. ;)

She's two and a half and is very social, but also very active. Sitting in a chair or playing quietly near me while I sit and chat is not going to happen when there is a room full of toys nearby. When that room is not geared for her age I'm not going to just let her loose in it while hang with the grown ups.
