Ugh, I'm an adult.
Okay, so me and Joe went out and looked at the condo.
It's pretty nice actually. Bigger then we thought.
Our realtor is cute.
I told her that we only really need a place with one bedroom, since it's only us, but since I wanted the extra space to put my workshop in, that we would wanna check out a two bedroom place also.

We kinda forgot that we need to put a down payment... which would help decide how much we pay a month?
Since all this crazi-ness happened like REALLY short notice, we had no extra time to save.
What we did was just do the math and figure how much we could spend a month and decided that we could do it, but like.. all the pre-stuff is crazy confusing.
But anyways, the place was out in Delran. Not far from where I work actually.
It was nice too.
