One thing that I find hard to deal with at my current workplace is the inherent racism that seems to be held by most of the centres staff. Perhaps they think it doesn't count if they are not talking about 'black' people?

One thing I hate about going to vote is the gauntlet you have to thread before you even get into the building, a gaggle of party representatives all waiting to pounce on you and get your number to tick off on their respective lists.
