I bet Hermione knows about the Vow. And Snape is clearly more powerful than Draco, so why can he not successfully use Legilimency against him? Is he just not that good at it?

Maybe Drace is using it against the Dark Lord, so he had to get really good at it? *hopes, despite all evidence to the contrary, the her ickle Draco might be good after all*

I don't think it's that Snape couldn't, my impression was that he attempted Legilimency and just stopped because he was surprised to have learned that Draco now knows Occlumency. In short, Snape still rocks ^_^

'Alright, I wasn't invited! I was trying to gatecrash, happy?'

I was instantly reminded of a very silly t-shirt I own that has a cartoon face with a goofy grin and wearing a party hat and signed 'party crasher' underneath the drawing. And the next thjing I knew, my oveactive imagination conjured a picture of Draco wearing it. I think I just might have spend too much time alternately reading HBP and writing on the comm and my brain has gone the tiniest bit overboard...
