"Sunny disposition"? That's a bit of a stretch. I think that some of Mr. Harper's comments during Question Period this spring showed contempt not just for the current Liberal government, but for Canadian parliamentary system as a whole. I felt his actions were overly disrespectful. Current public opinion polls suggest that many Canadians agree with me. If I were having a barbecue, I wouldn't invite him to my party! >:-|
