About 5 years ago i saw my favorite uncle crying in our kitchen in maine. he was telling his brother, my dad that him and my aunt, my godparents, were splitting up and it was his fault. i didnt get why just yet, but i wasnt guna push it, i just wanted him to stop crying. i talked to him about it later, and he told me that it was because of him

I'm sorry I can't be there to help you more. I don't know what to say..."I'll be here to help" never works ya know? Get help. Go somewhere. If you need to call someone in the night, I'll leave my phone on. I know we're not that close but maybe that's good. Talking to someone you're not close with about stuff can somehow help sometimes...believe me I've been in enough counseling to know. I don't know what to say but just let me know ok?

hey im here for you and if i knew how to help i would, but we all know that im an alcoholic too. everyone found out that day when i was trashed at 4 in the afternoon after getting outta school and we decided to go to the mall and i almost got arrested by mall security. i used to have something to help keep me dry. well now i dont. i try. we all do but its a losing battle, but admitting you have a problem is your first step. for me the next cuple weeks are going to be hell. i have to stay dry to join the fraternity and after that i hope it will all help me stay dry as possible. at least you probably have not hit my level. i have no recollection of thursday night at 11. people keep having to tell me what i did. i coulda said no but the bottle was calling. i know what its like. you can do it. i have faith in you. we all do. do not turn out like me. its not healthy. if you want i can try to come down this weekend and we can be dry together. i want to see you...scratch that i need to see you. im only a phone call away

i love you and i will never, ever write you off. you are my favorite m*towner (sorry guys), and i will always remember .FP. and the shit we did, just think of home, and the good things when it shard for you. and you know that my phone is ALWAYS on, and if i dont answer when you first call, call until i answer. i love you, there are so many people who love you, and are completely willing to help you. i will still try and come down this weekend, and we wont drink, we'll rent movies, or i'll bring the first season of gilmore girls, and we'll stay up all night watching it. please dont ever be afraid to call me. and dont ever be afraid to ask for help. i love you, MY loverpants.

I know you're a good person and I know that you can get through this. You know that I'm here for you if you need me, you just have to call. I love you to death, you're like a sister to me and that means that you can share anything with me and I will never, NEVER love you less. It doesn't matter what you've done I still love you. I know that you are a good person too! I know it is hard to be there for someone when you aren't right there but i am here if you need to talk. If you need someone to talk to, so that you wont drink that night you can call me. If you need to get out to be able to step back call me. I know you can get through this and you will. I am here if you need me, it is good that you realize that you have a problem. Please as your friend, GET HELP!!!, in any way you need it. I know i speak for alot of people when i say that we are here if you need to talk.
