This was so sad and heart-breakingly lovely. I like the style you've used as it breaks and goes between the two lives- it's the perfect amount distant and narrative. And then joins for the ending joint relationship (which by the way was fantastic). I was so sad for Albus, and I had a hard time believing it was who it was, but you've made it quite clear by the end. That's such an awful circumstance for the whole family- I wish I had more insight as to why it was happening or what she was thinking (but then again, I think it might be better not to know, so maybe it's much better that way- I can never really understand why anyone would do that, but it does happen of course). I was glad they found each other and that they helped one another though- it was gorgeous. And the kiss was lovely. I think you've written this very well- great job!

I loved this! So much story packed into this. The style was wonderful - the back and forth comparison of perception vs. what is. It was interesting to see the progression from the beginning where Harry's life seemed perfect and Draco's not so much, to see that things aren't always what they seem.
