I really do like embroidery, so when, today, I was forced to take a little break from knitting (my right index finger and left wrist hurt in a big way (the wrist is from the weather and the finger is from knitting)) I pulled out this project that I started a couple of years ago.

I am loving this sock-yarn, it's Toucan colored! Now that I'm finished with the cuff I'm debating what pattern to work the leg in, I want something that isn't going to take away from the yarn... maybe garter rib?

I know that I knit this, I know I messed up and frogged this pattern enough that I truly understand the pattern and I can tell you, in detail, exactly why it looks the way it looks, but I still look at this and feel, deep in my bones, that this could only happen through magic.
