Definetly not. He's not creepy like my last landlord. He's a 50-ish year old Serbian (I think) guy who gives off this very fatherly vibe.

1. Creepy advice is never welcome. I had a guy in a bar once tell me about Vitamin E, how I should take it for my bad skin. I retorted, "What, are you a doctor?"
2. Never feel badly about having odd conversations with someone who is a Professional Poker Player. Unless you somehow think that is a winning quality. I do not.
