1. What did you do in 2004 2003 that you'd never done before?
I became a working stiff - working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
I spent a semester in Washington, DC...so there were a list of firsts associated with that.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Didn't make any. Might make something along the lines of lose some weight and get a decent paying job.
No, sadly I didn't. I swore not to get involved with any "ex's" and I made a few slips earlier in the year. Don't really know of any to make for next year.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Nope

Luckily, not this year.
5. What countries did you visit?
None...but I really am working up towards that Europe trip.
DC is like another country...but in actuality, none.
6. What would you like to have in 2005 2004 that you lacked in 2004 2003?
A good paying job that doesn't make me want to kill people.

7. What date from 2004 2003 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Febraury 22nd...the day Matt and I became official.
June 26. My first date with Matt. It was an amazing afternoon that I will remember always. The only bad part about was that I didn't see him for almost six months afterwards.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Graduating from college and getting a cat.
Living on my own for the first time in an apartment.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Settling for things less than me...I did work to correct that, but that has left me unemployed on a fixed income. Not good.
Not really learning how to budget money in order to live on my own.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Nothing too bad...just a cold everyother week since the begining of fall. I blamed the job for working me too hard and me for sleeping too little.
nothing too serious...I think the worst was strep throat in January.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
My kitty cat...even though he is a bitch sometimes. And my bigger better apartment....but once again..rented.
my apartment...but that is rented, but close enough. My laptop too...but that one was from the parents. So I might just have to go with my Family Guy DVD.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
I suck at these questions. Maybe Erin from work who took the plung before I did, giving me the courage to tell the company to shove the job up their ass.
I can think of anyone in particular.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Legalmatch because they overworked and underpaid the whole company and would not step up to the plate to pay a decent salary to keep good employees.
lots of people had their moments....no one takes the cake.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Working to pay of debt accumulated in years past...and rent and bills of course.
Rent, bills, and supporting my shopping habit.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Matt saying "I love you" after waiting 8 months...and turning 21!!!
Seeing Matt after six months...and the whole trip to DC.
16. What song will always remind you of 2004 2003?
Killers: "Somebody told me" - Matt would be the only one to get why...and I'm probably not going to tell anyone else...so just sit and wonder.

Yes...because I fall in love with Matt over and over again.

None...only slept with one person the whole year. Wow that's a step up for me.
Technically...one or two, but they weren't with strangers. It was the beginning of the year too....I'm so much better now.

Ditto and Desperate Housewives.

Pirates of the Caribbean!!!!!! I love that movie.
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
Had to work...training my replacement. Got some goodies at work. Went to lunch and had margarita the size of my head. Went to a brewery after work and got good and drunk. Came home, drank some more, and had to put my boyfriend to bed even though he didn't drink that much. Btw...I turned 21.
Went shopping and then out to dinner with some friends. I turned 20...no longer a teenager anymore.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
A job that I didn't feel insulted at.
Having the people I missed nearby.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004 2003?
I've entered the world of business casual. Yikes!
I've become all polished and business-like. Even my everyday clothes are becoming sophisticated. See what happens when you are forced to dress up everyday.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2004 2003:
It is ok to stand up and declare your self worth. It is worthwhile being temporarily unemployed versus staying somewhere that you hate and are under appriciated. Every now and then you have to tell people to go fuck themselves.
