thank you, Sarah. I feel like this same elder has been taling to me for a while. :) I guess I get confused sometimes by the wisdom of the greater culture because I know these elder's voices inside of me are the right ones and so when I get the other pop-wisdom, I just don't get it. Why is everyone so confused? Its so simple :) Love to you :)

Yes, I know what you mean. This piece struck a note inside me, too. I know this wisdom, yet it is hard to practise when in a culture that barrages you with the "Amore-mentality
