I guess I did OK today. Probably around 700 calories. Too high, but I was proud of myself because I watched TV today without eating too much. It's really almost like a light switch. I turn the TV on, I eat too much. But I still wanna watch TV so I need to just keep trying to overcome this wierd connection. So yay for that. Tommorow is the start of

what's funny is i watch TV to forget about food. i go crazy until like 5pm everyday bc there is nothing on at all. the maury show & jerry springer get annoying after awhile. but once the news comes on, i know i'm set for the rest of the night. the weekends suck for me too, even tho i don't binge i still have more calories than i want.

you can do it
just keep grabing more and more gum (get different flavors!) and veggies, they're so great for making you feel good! :) I find that they don't give you that "full belly" look too :) major PLUS!
