aw thanks! i feel like i'm almost to a plateau though because i can't get enough protein. i don't know what to do! i don't want to eat meat! :(

seriously!!! i feel the same way. there's this certain brand that makes vegan muffins and pasteries that is to die for! shoot, i wish i could remember the name. but anyway, they have this chocolate brownie that....::drools:: i could eat, like, 10 of. it's the first vegan brownie i've had that isn't as hard a week old bread.

the company that makes the yummy vegan brownies is called fabe's. they should have them at whole foods.
