i'm in san francisco and the loneliness i've been feeling has been overwhelming, to say the least. i finally got what i wanted and it's nothing like i expected. i feel like i'm 16 again; i cry myself to sleep every night and i'm broke beyond belief. i know that i'm right in the place i need to be for myself and that's all that should matter. but,

i was the EXACT same way when i moved up to davis for vet school....i actually still kind of am. just throw yourself into school, kick its ass and keep only good people around you. you are well on your way to your career path too, right?

dude, you are totally ruling life right now. it's just weird and lonely because you're in a transition. i admire you for making this move--it takes a lot of guts and self-awareness. you're def one of those people that have inspired me to make my own big move in the fall. once school gets rollin' and you get used to your neighborhood you will love it. if you want to study tomorrow, give me a call. xoxo.
