Honesty
Why is it so hard for people to be honest?? I notice it especially in at work. A manager will not tell a server that they are bad at their job, or how they need to improve they will just make that server's life so difficult that they will decide to quit. I get the feeling that that is what is happening to my bartending career. They aren't going ( Read more... ) -
