running: i'm not sure how far, but it seemed like a long way - 30 minutes ish, maybe 35.
abs: done them.. looking at a new routine though :)
pilates: quick shoot through the routine... 25 minutes probably.
arms: 3 sets of 15 reps, 8 pound weights. i've noticed that i really like lifting naked. even if i start out with clothes on, i seem to take
