Journal: Changes To My Routine
I am trying to diet better. The first step I've taken is to work into my routine is a long fast. This entails starting meals at 12 noon and then ending all food intake at 8 PM. That means I will be going hungry most of the morning. That's fine! That's the plan to limit late-night snacking and mindless morning breakfasts full of sugar.

I used to find writing pleasurable. It was as though there was this great weight I had to keep unloading off my chest. Every little letter I punched into my keyboard or scrawled onto a notebook, I would unfetter my heart bit by bit.
