I have had this journal for years and I have never really been active, just a lurker and reader fo of LJ sites. Does anyone ever wonder what is all the drama and fast pace of life for? I am at 119, again. I have had an apple, green tea with creamer, and some spinach with mozerella (very small amount). Today has gone well, although I have not worked out. Good luck ladies..

Ok with school and work I find it very hard to stay focused. I can usually maintain eating no more than 500 calories, but I would like more tasty things. Suggestions?
