i know, looking back at this, i still agree with everything i said. i was reading it with "an outside perspective" today and it seemed really harsh, but i am a "harsh" guy, and very honest when it comes to my beliefs, because i am tired of being told that i am wrong and that i am going to hell because god looks down on the non-believers of a religion that preaches hypocracy at every turn. i say, no regret, no sin! everything you do in life should be backed up by you 100%. HAVE FAITH IN YOURSELF before faith in god, because its all you know.

Hey it's your journal, your opinion. You get to be as harsh as you need to be. Living well for yourself and love in your heart for your fellows seems like a lofty enough spiritual goal for me. :D

Ugh. We should go to God because we want to be there, not because we're afraid of burning in the firey pits of hell.

And God can talk to you. But it's subtle. You just need to be open to it.

sorry if that was harsh, you know me, i am a bastard and a son of bitch to boot. but i didnt mean to say that i didnt want to believe in god. that really would be nice. its just that i dont know if it is the way people of modern day are decribing "him". but i still say that christ never said that hell will swallow you up if you dont believe that he was the son of god. i think that he said the greatest words of wisdom to ever follow in one lifetime...."love thy neighbor as thy loves thyself", and i think if people acted on this piece of wisdom and put it to practice, we would get the closest to god we ever have!!! and in this, i am Christian.
