Apparently us Texans are perfect for ridiculous chick lit.

*snort*

I must go read some of those Small-town Texas girl books! (The Enchanted, Inc ones sound like they're right up my alley, actually...)

You know us small-town Texas girls...always getting some sort of magical mayhem!

Enchanted, Inc takes place in New York until the 4th book, but hopefully there will be more in Texas...the set up is there. I think you'd love them.

That weredolphin book will never cease to intrigue me. I can only hope it's part of a series about werebeasts of the sea. Will there be a wereblue whale?

Sadly, the weredolphin is the only werebeast, I was hoping for more as well. It's a series about superheroes that are descendants of the Greek gods (who were actually superheroes themselves).

I'm pretty sure it was Poseidon. Nah, his descendant loved it. I mean, wouldn't YOU love turning into a dolphin once a month and getting to go play at Sea World? He's BFFs with Shamu...talking to marine life is one of his other powers.

You should try Victoria Laurie's books. The first 6 or so are a about a psychic who stumbles into crimes and helps solve them, and the newest set is about a medium/ghosthunter who usually solves a crime while ghostbusting. =)
