Oh Ian! I kinda liked his character when he and Erica were talking in the car in the last story. I hope he won't be causing trouble for our girls!
Can't wait for the soap opera to start!

Yeah, I was going to jump right into the show aspect but felt like I needed a little bit more set up. Ian's an unpredictable kind of guy. I'm not sure what he's going to be up to when he makes the scene. Could be good, could be bad. We'll see... Chapter 3 should start the integration of the show into Erica's life. And into Callie's for that matter.

I'm finding myself a little bit jealous by this, I was amusing myself with thinking about how the characters would react if a film crew arrived at Seattle Grace then refreshed my friends page to find the first part of your story... and now I'm jealous because not only is it awesome, it's so much better than my idea!

Excellent work, I definitely look forward to later chapters :)))

It's like they say, 'ya snooze, ya lose.' Seriously, though, thanks for the compliment and thanks for coming along for the ride.

I liked this, and that Callie just randomly find out about Erica's past during surgery.
Oh, Erica being moody/bitchy is always fun. So, is Ian going to make an appearance? I sort of liked him before, I think.

I was a little iffy about this chapter. I wrote four different versions then decided all of them were too ambitious so I pared it down to just focusing on Callie and Erica.

I like moody/bitchy Erica a lot too. It's a fine line between making her cranky and making her come off as a shrill bitch. I was kind of close to that line here, I think. Oh well, I'm glad you liked it.

Ouch. Moody Erica and upset Callie? Kinda reminds me of the 'Rise up' scene ;) I hope they will stick together though.

As for Ian, I really liked him when he talked Erica through everything in the car in the earlier part of your story. But I hope he doesn't stand in the way of Callica.

Awesome job! I am so looking forward to the next chapter. =)

Yeah, like all couples they occasionally hit the emotional speedbump. It can't always be sunshine and roses. A 'Rise Up' comparison? Harsh. It wasn't that bad, was it? At least I was trying to make it make sense. I don't think I can say the same for the writer of that gargabe episode.

Ian will be showing up to complicate Erica's life further. That's all I'm saying.

Thanks. I'm glad you liked it despite all comparisons to 'Rise Up.' ;))

No no, I totally didn't mean it that way. It's just that rise up was the only Callica argument scene shown on Grey's and so it kind of reminds me of that. Sorry. I'm not really that good at expressing myself.

And definitely, yours make way more sense than rise up. Hehe. :) This should have been the plot shown instead. I believe Erica is actually more rational than to walk away because of an argument.

Oh okay, I hear ya. Honestly, I don't really consider this chapter an argument as much as I consider it two cranky women who have had a long day. I don't know about you, but when I get overly tired I don't have the patience to 'make nice' with other people, even people I care about. I think that's more of where they're at in this scene.

And you're right, Erica is an extremely rational person. I think if things got too heated or whatever, she'd take a step back, but she wouldn't just pack up her toys and leave. That whole thing is still just bizarre. One good thing that came out of it, if you want to look at the silver lining, is that her leaving was so open ended that it gives fan fiction writers infinite options as to where she went and what she's doing now. And who said I was a glass half empty kind of person?
