Last night at 9:30 the man who would have been my father-in-law in a couple of years, Rick Richards, peacefully passed away.
Thank You to everyone who kept him and our family in your prayers. I ask you to continue to do so as we mourn our loss.

Looks like today is going to be "fun". Go out to my car to see the low tire pressure light on and find a screw in my tire. Now I'm going to have to ride my bike in the hottest part of the day 2 miles to walmart to buy a tire plug kit and air pump because my spare tire needs air as well and there are no free air pumps at gas stations in all of Ocala ( Read more... )

Last week I started donating plasma at Biotest Plasma to make some money to pay my credit card bills. Cool machine that automatically takes the blood, separates the plasma from the platelets and red blood cells then returns everything but the plasma back into my arms with an anticoagulant through the same tube. I was at Aunt Lorraine and Uncle Marty's house in Seminole. Was greeted by Uncle Marty and asked him how The Villages is. There seemed to be a video or slide show going of all the stuff he found in Wayne's, Caroline's, Beth's, and Denise's olds rooms while moving out.
