I just downloaded livewidget to test it out. Basically a widget is a keen doodad if you have the latest version of OS X. To activate it you press 'f12' on the keyboard to show all active widgets. It's very snazzy. posting incoherently has never been easier ( Read more... )

My cat, who is currently living in Colorado, turned 19 last month. She probably won't make it to the end of the week. Bits and pieces of her are slowly turning off. I managed to procure a digital copy of the first new episode of Doctor Who, a wonderfully cheesy update to the venerable British scifi series that ran from 1963 to 1989.
