A nice afternoon for a walk

I had thought that I might go and shoot the video about local ghosts today because the forecast said it would be cloudy this afternoon. Instead it's been glorious sunshine with not a cloud in the sky. Absolutely not spooky at all

What a lovely walk. Our trees are beginning to look much the same, I was noticing as I went into town this morning.

The trees I can see through my study window are just starting to turn russet. I'm hoping for some nice autumn colour to photograph.

It was. It was just a short walk, but it the sunshine boosted my mood.
